How do I care for my Marcella pieces?Updated 2 years ago

To maintain the high quality of our products, we recommend following the care instructions from the product listing or provided on the sewn-in product tags. You can also review general instructions by fabric below: 

European Ponte, Tencel Jersey, Sheer Jersey, and Organic Cotton Jersey

Machine wash or hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not

bleach. Iron on low heat. We would discourage the use of a dryer to avoid pilling. 

Mesh

Gentle care is required. Machine wash on delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Use a steamer to remove wrinkles. 

Lightweight European French Terry

Machine wash on delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Tumble dry low on heat, or

for best results, lay flat to dry.

Midweight French Terry

Machine wash on delicate cycle, or hand wash in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat, or for best results, lay flat to dry. 

French Toledo Yarn

Dry clean only. 

Cotton Poplin

Machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Dry cleaning is recommended. Iron on low.

Virgin Wool

Gentle care required—dry clean only. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry flat when needed. Iron on low heat. 

Vegan Leather Clothing

Machine wash on delicate cycle or hand wash in cold water lay flat to dry.

Genuine Italian Leather Shoes and Accessories

Spot clean only. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean as needed.
