What if my package is lost or stolen?Updated a year ago

Though we always strive to provide a superior customer experience, mail couriers on occasion experience lost and/or stolen packages, which is why we highly recommend purchasing our optional insurance — Route Package Protection — at checkout. With Route, you can easily file a claim and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

We unfortunately cannot be responsible for uninsured packages, and therefore may not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package gets lost or stolen. In this case, we recommend that you contact the courier directly as they are best positioned to remediate the issue, and then please contact us if the situation is not resolved entirely to your satisfaction.
