When can I expect my refund?Updated a year ago

For US customers, you will be reimbursed once the courier scans your return for shipment (if you choose our Happy Returns Bar option). If you choose to mail in your return, you will be reimbursed once your return is delivered to our warehouse.

For international customers, you will be reimbursed about 7 business days after we receive your return(s). 

For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible and will send you a tracking number.
