When do my Glow Points and rewards expire?Updated a year ago

Glow Points expire 6 months after your last purchase date, but don't worry—30 days before your points are about to expire, we'll notify you via email! You can use your points prior to expiration by making a purchase on marcellanyc.com. 

If you have not placed any orders after joining the Glow Club, the account expiry expiration period is calculated from the time of account registration. In order to stay in your tier, you must annually meet the eligible amount spent; otherwise, you’ll be moved down to the qualifying tier.
