Why have I been moved down a tier?Updated a year ago

Your tier level is based on your total amount spent in the last 12 months. If you spend enough to meet the specific tier requirement, you’ll automatically move up 30 days after your last purchase date. You will remain in that tier for the following 12 months. If the required spend amount to maintain your tier level is not met within those 12 months, you will be moved down to the eligible tier at the end of the 12-month period.
