What are your return requirements?Updated 17 days ago

Please ship your return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. All items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and the original tags must be attached. A $10 USD per product charge applies to any product(s) requiring special handling. 

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes (no scuffs or marks).

Please note that all items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items are marked as such in red in the item description, cart, checkout page, and order confirmation email. 

Earrings are not eligible for returns. 

If you received a free light beige Marcella tote bag with your order of $200 or more, there is no need to return it with your items—please feel free to keep it as our gift to you. Other free gifts you receive with your order, as part of our gift-with-purchase promotions, need to be returned with your order. Thanks for your understanding!
