Original shipping charges, as well as the shipping charges incurred by you to mail any piece(s) back to us, are non-refundable. Package Protection fees are non-refundable. On the very rare occasion that any customs duties/fees apply to your order in your home country, these are also non-refundable.
For US returns, you will be immediately reimbursed once the courier scans your return for shipment if you choose our Happy Returns Bar option. Similarly, if you choose to return your items at our San Francisco store, you will be immediately reimbursed by our store associate. If you choose to mail in your return, by contrast, you will be reimbursed once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Alternatively, US exchanges are quick and free, and you have the option to instantly receive your replacement before returning the original package for no additional cost (as long as you then return to us the exchanged item(s) in your original order within 14 calendar days).
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any postal or courier service losing any return or exchange on its way back to us and, unfortunately, would not be able to reimburse you in that case.
