Original shipping charges as well as Package Protection fees are non-refundable. 

For Canadian returns, you will be immediately reimbursed along with the associated taxes and duties, and exchange orders will be generated once the courier scans your return for shipment if you choose our ReturnBear Drop-Off option. If you choose to mail in your return, by contrast, you will be reimbursed, and exchange orders will be generated once your return is delivered to our warehouse. 

Refunds and site credits have a fee of $14 CAD ($10 USD) for both return options. You will be given an extra $5 CAD ($3.50 USD) credit if you opt in for site credit. Exchanges are free. 

For all customers, please understand that we cannot be responsible for any postal or courier service losing or delaying any return or exchange on its way back to us, and, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you in that case.
