Original shipping charges as well as Package Protection fees are non-refundable. On the very rare occasion that any customs duties/fees apply to your order in your home country, these are also non-refundable.

For Canadian returns, you will be immediately reimbursed, and exchange orders will be generated once the courier scans your return for shipment if you choose our ReturnBear Drop-Off option. If you choose to mail in your return, by contrast, you will be reimbursed, and exchange orders will be generated once your return is delivered to our warehouse. 

Refunds and site credits have a fee of $14 CAD for both return options. You will be given an extra $5 CAD credit if you opt in for site credit. Exchanges are free. 

For all customers, please understand that we cannot be responsible for any postal or courier service losing any return or exchange on its way back to us and, unfortunately, would not be able to reimburse you in that case.
