Why is my order number not found in the return portal?Updated 10 months ago

When trying to process a US return and the order number is 'not found', ensure that you are entering the order number correctly as stated in the return portal.  

Please enter the full order number starting with 100000- and without the -1 at the end. 

(Ex: 100000123456)
